29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: a) AGS Construction, Inc., 120 Tall Pines Drive, Breckenridge, CO 80424: On and before July 31, 2018 the controlling employer did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. Contract employees were working on an unguarded scaffold without fall protection. The employer exposed contract employees to fall hazards.
