29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Worksite located at 1850 Branch St., Platte City, Missouri- Employees were observed working and walking near unprotected edges without the use of any means of fall protection. The Mark Murray, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 (b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 964131, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 7/22/18 with respect to a workplace located at 528 NW Englewood Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64118.
