NJ 07041 a) Employees engaged in construction activities were exposed to fall hazards approximately 20ft. to the ground below while working from a supported scaffold platform that was not fully planked, on or about 8/17/18. Mr. Concrete Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 993628, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/30/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 789 St. Georges Ave. Woodbridge, NJ 07095.
