29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) At 3673 Airport Blvd (Northeast Corner: Front Wall Area): On or about May 07, 2018, the employer failed to ensure employee were using a body belt with lanyard attached to the approved anchor point while using an aerial lift to ascend and descend from the roof area exposing employee to catapult hazards and fall hazards of approximately twenty (20) feet to the concrete or ground below.
