(a): Interior Scaffold Access - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 3 feet while accessing a fabricated frame scaffold. The employees were accessing the scaffold platform which was approximately 3 feet in elevation, on or about August 16, 2018. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
