29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets: On August 9, 2018, at an apartment complex - located at 805 NE Magellan St, Lees, Summit, MO., workers were exposed to serious injuries, in that they were observed doing re-roofing work on a low-sloped roof without the use of Fall Protection or a Fall Protection System. Fall Hazards were approx. 12 ft. above the lower ground levels.
