29 CFR 1910.106(e)(3)(iv)(a): Emergency drainage systems were not provided to direct flammable liquid leakage and fire protection water to a safe location. This may require curbs, scuppers, or special drainage systems to control the spread of fire; see paragraph (b)(2)(vii)(b) of this section.  a) Jobsite: 9 Crozerville Rd, Aston, PA 19014 - Employees are exposed to fire hazards due the potential for ignited flammable liquids to spread outside the solvent mixing room in the event of a fire.  An emergency drainage system and/or other means capable of containing and directing the spread of a fire protection water to a safe location in the facility was not available.  This condition was observed on or about August 16, 2018.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(ii): The employer did not establish and implement those elements of a written program necessary to ensure that any employee using a respirator voluntarily was medically able to use that respirator, and that the respirator was cleaned, stored, and maintained so that its use does not present a health hazard to the user:  a) Jobsite: 9 Crozerville Rd, Aston, PA 19014 - Employees are exposed to health hazards associated with improper use and maintenance of air purifying respirators such as but not limited to pulmonary and cardiac distress.  Employees voluntarily wore Sperian 2000 series half mask air purifying respirators and 3M 7500 half mask air purifying respirators without the employer establishing and implementing the elements of a written respiratory protection program.  This condition was documented to occur on or about and at times prior to August 16, 2018 in the warehouse.
