29 CFR 1926.960(c)(1)(iii)(B): The energized part was not insulated from the employee and from any other conductive object at a different potential: On or about August 16, 2018, worksite located at 8538 Arabian Lane, Burneyville, OK 73430, the employer did not ensure that energized parts or conductive objects were insulated from the employee working on the power distribution line. Employees were exposed to the hazard of electrical shock and electrocution.
