29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorage points used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage point being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee: a) On or about February 15, 2019, at the above referenced inspection site, the employer did not provide evidence or attempt to determine whether the anchor point used by employees, who performed work at the edge of the flat roof of a commercial building, was rated to withstand the potential weight of 5,000 pounds generated during a fall event.
