29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a) At the jobsite, on or about August 14, 2018, employees were performing wood framing activities that included operating portable hand tools such as pneumatic nail guns and circular saws, without the use of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:  a) At the jobsite, on or about August 14, 2018, employees stood on the top step and top cap of a Werner 8-ft A frame aluminum step ladder to gain access to a second working level during wood framing activities, resulting in fall hazards of up to 7.6 feet onto concrete floor.
