Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a)  821 Lititz Pike Lititz, PA  -The employer did not ensure that employees working on the roof framing, were protected from falls, with guard rails, safety nets or personal fall protection, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet 2 inches, on or about August 20, 2018.      Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
