A hand held grinder was used in the hardware department at an outlet with an open ground. b. In the shipping department, a cooling fan was used with a missing equipment grounding conductor pin. c. In the welding department, a cooling fan was used with a missing equipment grounding conductor pin. Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
