On/or about August 16, 2018, the coupler was not connecting appropriately, and the three (3) rail cars came in contact with the eight (8) rail cars while an employee was in the process of lining up the three (3) rail cars with the eight (8) rail cars. The employee sustained broken bones to the arm from the incident.
