29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(4): In addition to the above requirements, all employers who discover ACM and/or PACM on a worksite shall convey information concerning the presence, location and quantity of such newly discovered ACM and/or PACM to the owner and to other employers of employees working at the work site.    a) Having become aware of previously-installed asbestos pipe insulation within crawlspace(s) under bathroom(s) and classroom(s) of the 1938 wing of East Amwell School in Ringoes NJ, the general contractor did not identify or quantify the asbestos-containing material (ACM) to its subcontractor, whose employee(s) performed plumbing work in the area(s) where the insulation was present.    Condition(s) were noted on or about 7/27/2018.
