OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards from falling or collapsing wood trusses:  On August 21, 2018, employees were exposed to falls and crushing injuries while working on and in wood trusses that had not been properly braced to resist overturning and collapse, in that:  A) metal spacers were used in place of wood lateral bracing;  B) web and bottom chord bracing was not completely installed every 20';  C) top chord diagonal bracing was not installed prior to setting trusses past the first 10'.
