29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(ii): In locations where electric equipment was likely to be exposed to physical damage, enclosures or guards were not so arranged and of such strength as to prevent such damage: (a) Back Press Room/North Wall: On or about August 21, 2018 live electrical wiring for a future power outlet was left protruding outside the hole cut in the wall and the wires were located amongst pallets of material that could damage the wiring when moved.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: (a) Front Press Room: On or about August 21, 2018 two multiport 110 volt electrical outlets that were used to power computer equipment and a cell phone charger next to a Heidelberg Press Operator's Station did not have covers which exposed employees to accidental contact with live and/or energized parts.
