29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) At 3980 Airport Blvd Suite A2 (East Exterior Wall): On or about August 21, 2018, and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employee(s) were using a body belt with lanyard attached to the approved anchor point of the boom lift while installing paneling; exposing employee(s) to catapult hazards and fall hazards of approximately twenty one (21) feet to the concrete below.
