29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3): Point of operation guard were not provided:  a)  RSL INC. - Building 2, Insulating glass area:  Employees are exposed to hazards while placing their hands/fingers into the point of operation of the pneumatic punch notcher (machine #15) for aluminum bars.    An employee suffered a partial amputation of his right index finger while unjamming a piece of aluminum bar at the point of operation. Occurred on or about 08/14/2018.
