29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure:  a) Facility: The employer did not establish and implement a specific written exposure control plan for employees exposed to blood and bodily fluids that included an exposure determination, methods of compliance for engineering and work practice controls, personal protective equipment and housekeeping, information about the hepatitis B vaccination, procedures for post-exposure evaluation and follow-up, communication of hazards to employees, and recordkeeping, on or about 8/21/18.  Dental Care of South Jersey was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1030(c)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1162511, citation number 1, item number 2 (a) and was affirmed as a final order on 7/26/17, with respect to a workplace located at 129 N. Whitehorse Pike, Hammonton, NJ 08037.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
