29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) From the mid-to-north side of the building: On or about August 16, 2018, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 11 ft. 6 in., in that fall-protection was not engaged while performing truss-installation activities from walking/working surfaces.
