Employees are being exposed to concrete dust containing silica when cutting concrete with a Stihl TS420.

This was most recently documented on August 22, 2018 at 4131 S. 89th St, Omaha, Nebraska.  The employer is failing to ensure that the employees have been medically approved by a physician or other licensed health care provider to successfully wear respirators.  Employees were dry cutting concrete without the use of a respirator.
