On or about 08/22/18, on the second floor at 90-19 56th Ave. Corona, NY    Debris, such as loose bricks, nail, and metal scrap were strewn on work area.    B).       On or about 08/22/18, on the third floor at 90-19 56th Ave. Corona, NY    Debris, such as loose bricks, nail, and metal scrap were strewn on work area.  ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
