29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(ii): A toeboard was not erected along the edge of platforms more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower levels for a distance sufficient to protect employees below: South side of building: On or about August 22, 2018, employees were exposed to a struck by falling objects hazard as there were no toeboards installed on the scaffold platform to prevent stucco equipment and supplies from falling on the workers below.
