29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Jobsite- 2216 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, PA: On or about August 22, 2018, employees working to install a metal roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet from ground to eave of the roof.
