29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): Before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard, the employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who was required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart. (a) On August 20, 2018, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employer did not provide adequate training to employees working from an aerial lift at heights of approximately 60 - 65 feet from the ground. NOTE: Abatement documentation AND certification are required for this item.
