29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about August 22, 2018, for the employees exposed to fall hazards approximately 10 feet while tearing off roofing materials on a 5:12 pitch roof at or near 3512 Falcon Drive SE in Mandan, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1243263, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/06/2017, with respect to a workplace located at or near 1007 35th Street in Bismarck, North Dakota.
