29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501: (a) Rodriguez Roofing Subcontractors at 1772 Eisenhower Drive, Louisville, CO 80027: On or before 08/23/18, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards while roofing a residential property. The employees were tearing off shingles without the use of fall protection. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet. Rodriguez Roofing Subcontractors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1168506, citation number 1, item 1, issued 08/10/16, and became a final order on 01/12/17, with respect to a workplace located at 1285 Meyerwood Lane, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129.
