There are 10 mechanics that work in the shop and handle chemicals on a regular basis. The unlabeled containers contained the following materials: 1) Diesel Low Sulfur and Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel, manufactured by Tesoro Refining & Marketing Co. 2) Jet A, manufactured by Exxon Mobil Corporation 3) Parts Plus Antifreeze/Coolant, manufactured by Specialty Oil Company

There are 10 mechanics that work in the shop that are exposed to hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to: 1) Safety Kleen Premium Solvent, manufactured by Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. 2) Parts Plus Carb & Choke Cleaner, manufactured by CRC 3) Sprayon® Safety Cleaner & Degreaser II, manufactured by The Sherwin-Williams Company 4) Parts Plus Antifreeze/Coolant, manufactured by Specialty Oil Company

29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employees were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) Menzies Aviation, Inc. at 7640 Undergrove St, Denver, CO 80249: On or about 8/21/2018, the employer did not ensure that employees were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge. A door labeled as an emergency exit by the garage doors on the north side of the shop does not open easily or without force. This is the only exit route on the north side of the shop. There are 10 mechanics that work in the shop.
