29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about 8/23/2018, in the production chemical mixing area at 1212 New Savannah Road, Augusta, GA: Employees working with corrosive chemicals in the chemical mixing area are exposed to burns to their body and loss of vision. Chemicals include but not limited to Berol 226 SA, Monoethanolamine UN-2491, Ammoniu Hydrogenifluoride, Caustic Soda Perals, and Potassium Hydroxide UN1814.
