Some of the items of a written program that were not in compliance includes improper labeling of spray bottles and availability of GHS compliant Safety Data Sheets.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. (a) The eating and break area was not kept clean of chemical dust contamination. The bottom of the delivery chute in the food vending machine contained dust contaminated with cadmium.
