29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: On or about August 23, 2018, at International Manufacturers Representatives Inc. (IMR) located at 10040 Mammoth Avenue, Baton Rouge, LA 70814 , in the shop, the employer failed to implement a written Hazard Communication Program to protect employees who were exposed to various chemicals in the workplace, including but not limited to knock'er loose penetrating solvent, Loctite Clover Compound silicon Carbide Grease Mix and Best Welds Nozzle Dip anti Spatter.
