The areas where guarding was not adequate included:        a. Ingoing nip-points created a by Cobb Saw Chain Return on the Cobb Cutting Deck.      b. Ingoing nip-points created by moving conveyors in the Cobb Saw area on the Cobb Cutting Deck.
