29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: 1731 Crossing Drive, Wyomissing, PA : At this job site, an employee was observed working from the basket of the JLG aerial lift, 13 feet above the ground, without wearing a body harness on or about August 10, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
