The fall distance to the ground below was approximately 20 feet.

Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. On or about August 23, 2018, at the jobsite located 889 South Brentwood, Clayton, Missouri, employee(s) for Constructors 911 Roofing & Constructors were observed installing a new roof on commercial building without the use of fall protection. The fall distance to the ground below was approximately 20 feet to the ground below.
