The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated.     An employee of Skyline Management, LLC was exposed to a fall of approximately 12 feet to a lower level while working in a 450AJ JLG Model Articulating Boom Lift without the use of a body harness with a lanyard while an A & K Construction Services, Inc. supervisor operated the controls.
