29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. On or about August 23, 2018 at 1100 Milton Street, New Orleans, LA the employer failed to ensure that employees wore proper PPE when exposed to potential hazardous conditions. An employee was scrapping cement mortar off the wall of a building without the use of gloves.
