29 CFR 1910.29(a)(2): The employer did not provide and install all fall protection systems and falling object protection this subpart requires, and comply with the other requirements in this subpart before any employee begins work that necessitates fall or falling object protection. This violation was observed on or about September 5, 2018, where employees working on a flat roof performing maintenance on HVAC systems were not protected from falling approximately 20 to the concrete below.
