29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): Prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck , the employer did not ensure that each operator has successfully completed the training required; On or about 08/23/2018 Location: Front parking/garage area of The Prince Condominium; 1) Employee was permitted to operate a forklift not having completed the required training. Employee was not authorized to operate the forklift, but the keys were left on the forklift accessible.

29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vii): Unauthorized personnel were allowed to ride on powered industrial trucks: On or about 08/23/2018; Location: Front of the garage and parking area in front of The Prince Condominium; 1) Three unauthorized employees were riding on a forklift transporting themselves back to the garage area. Previously the employees were transporting some shutters to the trailers using the forklift. One unauthorized employee was operating the forklift seated while the two other employees were standing on the front forks while the truck was moving. None of these three employees were authorized to operate or ride the forklift.
