29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed. Building 4058, freezer; on or about 23 August 2018 and times prior thereto; the employer did not ensure that the emergency release mechanism was readily accessible. A TAFCO walk-in freezer, model number 55-21-C-TPR, serial number 112-1080-TB, had cases of frozen products stored in front of the emergency escape mechanism for door number two. This condition exposed employees to a hazardous indoor work environment.

29 CFR 1960.59(a): The Agency did not provide specialized job safety and health training appropriate to the work performed by the employee. Building 4058, on or about 23 August 2018 and times prior thereto; the employer did not ensure that each employee received specialized training on the equipment they utilize. Employees did not receive specific training on how to operate the emergency escape mechanism in the walk-in freezer. This condition exposed employees to a hazardous indoor work environment.
