29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) a) Front of Building: Employees were engaged in stucco activities from a welded frame scaffold platform that was not fully planked being exposed to a fall of approximately 6 feet, on or about 8/25/18. The DFG CONTRACTORS LLC was previously cited for a REPEAT violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1010730, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/24/15, with respect to a workplace located at 181 Clayton Ter., Paramus, NJ. The DFG CONTRACTING was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 984915, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/24/15, with respect to a workplace located at 260 Washington Place, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ.
