29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated:  The employer did not certify to OSHA that the cited violation has been abated for the jobsite located at 13031 Winchester Ave, Grandview, MO 64030. The employer was required to submit certification by December 14, 2018.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):   Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  At a commercial construction site located at 13031 Winchester Ave, Grandview, Missouri. Employees performing roofing operations at a elevated height were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet to the surface below, without a guardrail, safety net, fall arrest or fall protection system.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):  The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:   At a commercial construction site located at 13031 Winchester Ave, Grandview, Missouri. Employees were exposed to serious health hazards, in that the employer had not developed a Hazard Communications Program for the various types of chemicals in use in the workplace, including but not limited to TPO Bonding Adhesive.
