29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a) Aolanis Construction LLC at 557 Capitol Reef Ct., Berthoud, CO 80513: On and before March 7, 2018, the exposing employer did not ensure the framing employees were protected from injury, in that one employee was engaged in sheeting the top level roof on a single family residential home with a fall hazard of approximately 27 feet without the use of a fall protection system.
