29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice:    On or about August 14, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that the Melcher Manufacturing Co. Inc. Ramps, unknown serial numbers, were taken out of service. Employees were tasked with loading the floor buffing and cleaning equipment into the Chevy Express van, and were utilizing the ramps to gain access. The ramp's non-skid surface was worn from extended, long term use.
