29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation guards were not designed and constructed to prevent the operator from having any part of his/ her body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: On or about August 23, 2018, adequate guarding to prevent employees from having any part of the body in the danger zone during the drawing compound change of the rollers on the hydraulic tub press line was not installed. Employees tasked with removing and/or adding dope to the rollers of the machinery were exposed to caught by and/or pinch point hazards.
