29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(2): The chemical manufacturer or importer preparing the safety data sheet did not ensure that it included the required headings and information in 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(2)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(2)(xii): a) 101 Carson Drive, Bear, DE - On or about August 22, 2018, the Safety Data Sheet prepared by the employer and sent to customers, did not include the required information, in that Section 8 did not include exposure levels, the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) and ACGIH Threshold Limit Value (TLV) for Antimony. ABATEMENT NOTE: Corrected Safety Data Sheets must be provided to all customers with the next shipment.

29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: (a) Ribbon Blender Operation - On or about August 22, 2018 the employer failed to provide an annual fit-test for an employee required to wear a 1/2 mask air-purifying respirator. A fit-test was last performed on August 14, 2017. Amspec Chemical Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.134(f)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1202576, citation number 1, item number 1c and was affirmed as a final order on August 16, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 101 Carson Dr., Bear, DE 19701.
