29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 998 Summerset Lane York, PA - Employees were performing roofing activity on a residential roof, with an 8 in 12 pitch without the benefit of a complete fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of 9 feet to the ground below, on or about August 28, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
