An subcontract framing employee fell 9-10 feet between two joists when laying down plywood.  The contract employee sustained fractures to the elbow and back.    b)  Hartford Homes at Mosaic, LLC, 3044 Sykes Drive, Fort Collins, CO  80524:  On and before August 23, 2018 the employer did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to fall hazards up to 20 feet.
