29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) On 28 August 2018, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not conduct a job site inspection of the equipment, exposing the workers at the site to the hazard of being struck-by a service truck, while working near the vehicle, after the truck was parked on an incline without a fully functional emergency/parking brake.

29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards. On 28 August 2018, a work crew was clearing away brush on both shoulders of a sub-division road approximately 20 feet away from a blind corner without the use of Warning signs to indicate workers were ahead, exposing the crew to the hazard of being struck by moving vehicular traffic.
