29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems:    The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while performing roofing operations.  This was most recently observed at 9804 S 27th St, Bellevue, Nebraska on August 29, 2018 when 3 employees were observed installing roofing materials on a residential structure that had a 13' eave height and a 6:12 pitch and the employees were not using fall protection.     Ramos Roofing was previously cited for a violation of occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1107996, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 17, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at1025 Ridgewood Dr, Omaha, Nebraska 68114.    Ramos Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 981442, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9-22-2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2226 N 179th Street, Omaha, NE 68112.    Ramos Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 932665, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11-5-2013, with respect to a workplace located at 15822 Briar Street, Omaha, NE 68116.
