Three workers were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns.

On or about 8/27/2018, HAMM Restoration & Contractors, LLC was installing roofing materials on a roof of a residential building located at 1603 Silver Hills Court in Wentzville MO. Three workers were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.

The ladder the employees were using to access the second story roof was not extended three feet beyond the landing or edge of the roof.
